EUR35 BILLION GLOBAL COVERED BOND PROGRAMME

Publication of Amended Final Terms - Series 66 Tranche 2

The amended final terms relating to the Series 66 Tranche 2 GBP500,000,000 Floating Rate Covered Bonds due 16 November 2022 (ISIN XS1749371685) issued on 15 January 2018 , to be consolidated, become fungible and form a single Series with the existing Series 66 Tranche 1 GBP500,000,000 Floating Rate Covered Bonds due 16 November 2022 (ISIN XS1719070390) issued on 16 November 2017 under the EUR35 billion Global Covered Bond Programme of Santander UK plc (the Programme), is available for viewing (the Series 66 Tranche 2 Final Terms).

The Series 66 Tranche 2 Final Terms was amended such that the response to item 2(d) (Date on which the Covered Bonds will be consolidated and form a single Series with the Series specified above) in Part A now reads:

"26 February 2018".
