    Dublin, London, September 15, 2008: The Board of Smurfit Kappa Group plc is pleased to announce that it has declared an interim dividend
of 16.05 cents per share to be paid on 31 October 2008 to all ordinary shareholders on the share register at the close of business on 3
October 2008.
