Total Voting Rights and Transaction in own shares
Solid State plc (AIM: SOLI), the specialist value added
component supplier and design-in manufacturer of computing, power
and communications products, announces that it has transferred
11,000 Ordinary Shares currently held in Treasury to its All
Employee Share Plan in order to satisfy awards under the plan.
In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure
Guidance and Transparency Rules ('DTRs'), following this transfer,
the Company will have 8,564,878 Ordinary Shares in issue, 11,374 of
which are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting
rights in the Company is 8,553,504.
The above figure of 8,553,504 may be used by shareholders in the
Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a
change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under
the DTRs .
