                    Notification of Director's Dealing


The Company has been informed that on Wednesday 19 December 2007, Mr Jack
Cooney, Chief Executive Officer of Somero Enterprises, Inc. purchased 50,000
Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 94p per Ordinary Share.

Mr Cooney has an interest in 193,034, representing 0.59% of the Company's issued
share capital in addition to the 50,000 shares purchased yesterday which brings
his total holding to 243,034 representing 0.71% of the Company's issued share
capital.

Mr Cooney also holds options over 874,190 Ordinary Shares representing 2.55 % of
the Company's issued share capital.
