The Company was notified on 4 June 2007 that Harel Insurance Investments Limited
now have an interest in 792,971 ordinary shares of NIS 0.01 fully paid in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares"), which represents 5.04 per cent. of the 15,743,923
issued Ordinary Shares with voting rights.


The total issued share capital of the Company is 16,173,574 Ordinary Shares,
including 429,651 treasury shares.
