The Company was notified on 15 July 2007 that PRISMA INVESTMENT HOUSE LTD now
have an interest in 1,129,250 ordinary shares of NIS 0.01 fully paid in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares"), which represents 7.17 per cent. of the 15,753,673
issued Ordinary Shares with voting rights.

The total issued share capital of the Company is 16,183,324 Ordinary Shares,
including 429,651 treasury shares.
