Changes
Tungsten West (LON:TUN), the mining
company focused on restarting production at the Hemerdon tungsten
and tin mine in Devon, UK, announces that, following his
appointment as Interim Chief Executive Officer ("CEO"), announced 5
June 2024, Alistair Stobie has now been appointed to the Board as
an Executive Director.

Resignation of Director
The Company also announces that following Neil Gawthorpe's resignation as CEO,
he has stepped down from the board of directors, and as an employee
of the Company with immediate effect following finalisation of his
Settlement Agreement.
