Ultra Electronics Holdings plc (the "Company") announces that on 13 March 2020, Simon Pryce, Chief Executive, purchased 4,100 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at GBP18.326 per ordinary share.

Following the purchase, Mr. Pryce has a beneficial interest in 21,953 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.031% of the Company's issued share capital.
