                       Net Asset Value at 22 October 2010 
 
Vision Opportunity China Fund Limited (AIM: VOC.L) today reports that its 
unaudited Net Asset Value ("NAV") as at 22 October 2010 was US$147.85 million 
(15 October 2010: US$144.49 million). 
As at 22 October 2010, VOC had 66,189,574 ordinary shares of no par value in 
issue (the "Ordinary Shares"), which resulted in an unaudited NAV per Ordinary 
Share of US$2.234 as at that date (15 October 2010: US$2.183).
