Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Vp plc, the equipment rental specialist, announces the appointment of Richard Smith as a Non-Executive Director to the Board of the Company with effect from 1 February 2025.

Richard Smith will succeed Phil White who, after over ten years with the Group, advised of his intention to retire and step down from the Board on 30 June 2025, as stated in Vp's Interim Results announced in November 2024.
