WYG announces that Yorkshire Building Society Trustee acquired on 18 March 2009, 
385,555 ordinary shares in the company for the purpose of the WYG Share 
Incentive Plan at a price of GBP0.0786 per share. These shares will be used to 
satisfy employees' contributions to the Plan deducted from their February pay.
