pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Hans Christian Qvist to its Board of
Directors.


Hans Christian Qvist is a management consultant from Oslo, Norway. Mr. Qvist has
over 10years of experience as chief executive officer with a number of IT
companies, including SPCS - Group, IBM Global Services and Tandberg Data and
more than 15 years experience with companies in oil exploration, production and
trading, including Shell International and Saga Petroleum. Between 2002 and
2007, Mr. Qvist acted as the Executive Chairman and Director of Crew Gold
Corporation. Since late 2006 until May 2008, Hans Christian Qvist, was
responsible for spinning out Crew Gold Corporation's non gold assets in a
separate company, Crew Minerals ASA, and listed that on the Oslo Stock Exchange
in December 2006. He acted as the President and CEO of the company, which later
changed its name to Intex Resources ASA and successfully completed a
pre-feasibility study for the company's nickel project on the island of Mindoro
in the Philippines.
