Shopping.com Announces Initial Public Offering BRISBANE, Calif.,
Oct. 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Shopping.com Ltd. (NASDAQ:SHOP)
today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of
6,871,160 ordinary shares, at a price of $18.00 per share. The
offering consists of 5,060,084 shares offered by Shopping.com and
1,811,076 shares offered by selling shareholders. In addition, the
underwriters have an overallotment option to purchase up to an
additional 1,030,674 ordinary shares from Shopping.com at the
initial public offering price less the underwriting discount.
Shopping.com's ordinary shares will be quoted on the NASDAQ
National Market under the trading symbol "SHOP". The lead managers
of the offering are Goldman, Sachs & Co, and Credit Suisse
First Boston. Goldman, Sachs & Co. is the sole bookrunner on
the transaction. Piper Jaffray and Deutsche Bank Securities are
