CodersTrust secures partnership with the City College of New York (CCNY) Agreement expands CCNY's Global reach providing upskilling and Job-Ready Certifications

NEW YORK, April 19, 2024 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- CodersTrust, a global EdTech Company with its headquarters in New York City, announced it signed an agreement at a ceremony on April 12th with City College of New York (CCNY) to provide programs for upskilling students and enable them to achieve job-ready certifications. CCNY is the flagship institution of City University of New York, the largest urban university system in the United States and this agreement will help them realize the vision of global outreach through overseas enrollments, academic collaboration, and student exchanges.

The signing took place at the CCNY campus in New York with Hon'ble Secretary General of the South Asia Associations of Regional Cooperation (SAARC), Ambassador Md. Golam Sarwar in attendance to support this important partnership and where he stated "This partnership will accelerate the mission of both organizations. He lauded CodersTrust for its continued role in transforming unemployed and under-employed into a skilled workforce in both Bangladesh and worldwide, especially for the younger population and women."

The agreement was signed by Aziz Ahmad, Chairman of CodersTrust and Professor Dr. Juan Carlos Mercado, Dean of the Division of Interdisciplinary Studies. The event was attended by esteemed guest including Professor Joyce Moy, Executive Director Emerita of the Asian American/Asian Research Institute (AAARI), of the City University of New York (CUNY), former Secretary of Education of Bangladesh Mr. Nazrul Islam Khan, Melissa Wild, Special Advisor to UPEACE, and Md. Shamsul Haque, CEO of CodersTrust.

Dr. Juan Mercado praised CodersTrust for its focus on the younger population and women from underprivileged, underserved, and underemployed backgrounds.
