Stuttgart, Germany. opens at 8 AM it is now 9:30 AM. However, I can not tell if Northwest Biotherapeutics, Inc. (NBYB.SG) is halted since it trades so thinly that it would not be unusual to have 0 volume right now.
How can you tell if a stock is halted on the Stuttgart exchange?
