                Placing of 55,000,000 New Common Shares at 0.2p

The Company announces that it has placed 55,000,000 New Common Shares at 0.2p
per share to raise #110,000 before expenses. The New Common Shares will rank
parri passu with the existing Common Shares.

Application has been made for the New Common Shares to be admitted to trading on
the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and dealings in the New Common
Shares are expected to commence on 19 November 2003.
