The Company has been informed that Mr J Waller disposed of 2,315,472 shares in
the Company, which had been held as security for a loan, on 20 February 2003.
This brings his shareholding to 430,493 shares, representing 0.54% of the issued
share capital of the Company.  As such, Mr Waller no longer has a notifiable
interest in the Company.
