They can’t repurchase shares until derivative loans are paid back. Almost every derivative loan contains boilerplate language that company can’t buy back shares while loan in process of being repaid. Until derivative loans paid off, this stock won’t go anywhere IMHO

I know it's hard to comprehend that those that received over 100 million in shares during 2023 and 2024 are dumping their shares when the share structure is maxed. That's not impressive for some as evident in the PPS.
