Well…they do have assets. The land, the production facilities, etc. and they aren’t inconsequential.

Who knows what they could get for them, but they are completely encumbered by Esousa and crew.

Which reminds me…Wachs is stripping the assets from Nuburu (BURU) because of default on the senior secured notes they have.

My guess is he would not hesitate with Mullen if the music stopped.

Investors have lost hundreds of Millions to the Michery share selling scheme.

Since the last reverse split on February 18, 2025 the price is down 65% in 9 days and you are posting like Mullen did a takeover of Tesla.
