What the heck did I miss. Another reverse split? When's the next one again. I wish I shorted this at $380,000. Or at least that's split adjusted it would be. And now it's worth less than a penny. They haven’t been diluting the last few days…so it may just hang around at this level. They will probably try to hold off so that perhaps the short term stability gives Nasdaq a reason to cancel the hearing if they are still above $1 for 20 days which I think would be as of tomorrow.

But once they dodge the delisting bullet there is no doubt the dilution will return and the march down will continue.

Simply put I don't Trust Gensler a single inch because he came directly down thw ladder from Goldman Sach, and i don't Trust Citadel or even Depository Trust who is number one why because so many trades are going across the line on the OTC at .0001 and .000001 the question here is are they real shares being cleared by the DTCC or are they something else just recorded. Since there is no accountability from the SEC or DTCC because no retail investor is allowed to see or search any of the records the question remain is how did Harry Markiopolis ever get any real data

I don’t believe they will make it at all.

But let’s say by some miracle they get to $75 million in six months….

They appear to have a gross margin of about 20% so that means there would be $15 million to offset the operational cash burn.

Even at $7 million in overhead costs that is still close to a $30 million cash need under the most optimistic assumptions…that would still require dilution to get that money. I would think around 60 million shares worth at least.

But think they will be lucky to get there net cash burn down to $6 million a month…

They only sold 4-5 trucks for a total of $800,000. That may be revenue, but how much cost will come out of that? And then, if they are cutting costs, may mean they cut some personnel, which will then add to delays and such. A good company, if doing quite well, would not have to worry so much about cost cutting. They forecast $75M, but yet only made $800,000 of that so far? Give me a break. LOL

He has made many projections before which have not come to fruition. “Safe Harbor” can certainly be exploited. However, this one was more specific and did you notice he used “GAAP Revenues”? They obviously use accrual accounting but that opens the door to some shenanigans with invoices, returns etc. they have been pretty good so far not stepping over that line, but perhaps he will be leaning into it some more.

I suspect what has happened is Esousa/Ault’s ability to get money into Mullen is starting to hit some roadblocks and he has to cut cash costs. The OS went up over three fold since the RS and that is going to continue.

I wonder if Popa, Petrelecan, Davis and Hudson still have jobs? That would be telling.

But it’s a given he will have to do another RS in 3-4 months tops…and he will have to do it before the 30 day clock runs out next time it goes below $1.

The information in the 8k MULN just put out is only a projected forecast. I have learned over the years not to rely on these forecasts. They are just wish lists. Not everything comes in or seems like it is. It's like a bank forecasting their profits, but they rely on people taking out loans. But, if people default on those loans, or even pays off their loans early, those projections change dramatically. I know, as I deal with it every day...LOL A person takes out a loan for $1k, the bank forecasts they will earn $100.00 on that loan, but if the individual pays it off in 1/2 the time, the bank will only make $50.00. Just an example. There could be many things that happen here which no one knows.
