Of course david made this statement 2 or 3 reverse splits ago in 2023. It kinda reminds me of a special someone about 35 years ago saying..."read my lips, no new taxes." LOL! David's full quote:

Have you seen The Kominski Method on netflix janice? It's a great show custom made for senior MULN discussioners like us, lol. I'm watching it right now and thought I'd share. If you haven't seen it, I highly recommend it. You're gonna need a tissue for the ending of the opening episode. It's like MULN investing. Investors shed a tear about their terrible loss at first, then realize it's comical after that. A great cast of senior actors indeed.

Roger was not nearly as sharp and smooth as Joe and David. Joe Canouse and David Michery would make great finance consulting partners, but I don't think they ever intend in having a conversation of any kind. They both do well and are successful by themselves anyway. They both know their legal boundaries and are very skilled at pushing the envelope.

I would bet April. There is a key date coming up. May 7. The Court has ordered MULN to pay a judgment in the amount of approx. $30 million by that date to GEM Global. Appeals are done. Michery does not have $30 million and the only way he is going to get it is by massively diluting the stock in short order.

His only way to avoid that would be to declare bankruptcy.

In the meantime the stock price is going to just continue its slide…it is getting harder and harder to raise the cash.

The have already ceased production operations at Tunica…and laid off 78 people.

The end is near.

The Nasdaq isn't trying to stop him. The SEC isn't trying to stop him. So why should he worry?

That is an ugly document. Including the reverse split proposal there are eight proposals focused on "...purposes of complying with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(d),..." Michery looks to be a little concerned about his NAZ status and you can bet the lenders who relied on the share sales are sweating. Already getting out in front of the next sell off with the reverse split proposal. Michery is not clairvoyant, he just knows the state of his business and likely saw this sell off coming. I have been wondering for quite some time how the change in politics will impact these stinky EV tickers. It is full speed ahead for at least attempting to reign in wasteful government pet projects.
