| Your Community Bankshares Inc was organized on December 9, 1994 under the name Community Bank Shares of Indiana, Inc. The Company changed its name from Community Bank Shares of Indiana, Inc., to Your Community Bankshares Inc on July 1, 2015. The Company is a bank holding company. The Company through its banking subsidiaries is engaged in the business of attracting deposits from the general public and using such funds for the origination of commercial business and real estate loans and secured consumer loans such as home equity lines of credit, automobile loans, and recreational vehicle loans. Additionally, the Company originates and sells into the secondary market mortgage loans for the purchase of single-family homes. The Company operates approximately more than 35 financial centers in Indiana and Kentucky. |
