Distribution of Dividends / IoE

COPEL (“Company”) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that its Board of Directors approved, on this date, the payment of dividends in the amount of R$ 600.0 million, related to Interest on Equity (“IoE”). These dividends will be treated as extraordinary, under the terms of the Company's dividend policy, so that they will not be included in the ordinary dividend at the end of the year and do not take into account the divestments of Compagas and UEGA.

 

The payment of the dividend will be made on December 23, 2024, based on the shareholding position in the Company's records at the end of December 11, 2024 (“record date”), with shares traded “ex-dividend” as of December 12, 2024.
