Trinity Health, one of the largest multi-institutional Catholic
health care delivery systems in the nation, and Humana Inc. (NYSE:
HUM), one of the nation’s leading health and well-being companies,
today announced agreements that provide Humana Medicare Advantage
members in-network access to seven Trinity Health hospitals located
in Southeastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey.

The agreements, now in effect, expand available care choices for
Humana Medicare Advantage members of Health Maintenance
Organization (HMO), Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), and
Private Fee-for-Service (PFFS) health plans in Pennsylvania and New
Jersey through in-network access to the following seven Trinity
Health hospitals:
- Mercy Health System’s three hospitals
in Southeastern Pennsylvania: Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital in Darby,
and Mercy Philadelphia Hospital and Nazareth Hospital, both in Philadelphia
- Saint Mary Medical Center in Langhorne,
Pennsylvania
- Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center and
Lourdes Medical Center of Burlington County in Camden and
Willingboro, New Jersey, respectively
- St. Francis Medical Center in Trenton,
New Jersey
The agreements also provide in-network access to the more than
700 primary care and specialty physicians in Greater Philadelphia
and Southern New Jersey employed by these hospitals.
