Dear Sirs,
I am writing to Comisión Nacional de Valores (Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission) and Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. (Argentine Stock Exchanges and Markets) in my capacity as Head of Market Relations of Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. (“tgs”), to report that, as it is widely known, on March 7, 2025, heavy rains fell on the city of Bahía Blanca and adjacent areas, causing floods in all the urban areas and surrounding areas (the “Event”).
The Event caused the overflowing of the Saladillo García stream, with direct impact on Cerri Complex, which completely affected liquids production and partially affected natural gas public transportation.
While we are still analyzing the scope of damages and the downtime of remediation and reparation, tgs is furnishing the necessary means to mitigate the consequences of the Event, including arrangements for the corresponding insurance policies.
We will continue to report insofar as we have further details on the matter.
