announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Latitude
CleanTech Group, Inc., has signed a strategic partnership agreement
with DCR, Inc., an Alberta, Canada company with years of operating
experience in the Alberta Oil Sands. The companies have agreed to
collaborate on the introduction of Latitude CleanTech's proprietary
water treatment technology for use by numerous oil companies

are not easily treated by other technologies. DCR officials have
participated in CleanTech's efficacy demonstration of its water
technology." Latitude CleanTech Group's Chief Executive Officer,
