Yes, the paper is now available on-line at JPAD. It's still "in press", which means it hasn't been assigned a print volume. But importantly, it can now be read and cited. There were 36 other in-press AD papers also made available today at JPAD, which is a large recognized journal.

I'd rather see criminal conduct gettin' PUNISHED, that's all.
