                           Accounting reference date



Further to the announcement on the 21 March 2003 on the proposed change of
accounting reference date from 31 December to 30 June, the Company notes that it
would still have an obligation to file statutory accounts for the year ended 31
December 2002. In light of this, the Company will retain its accounting
reference date of 31 December and will send its annual report and accounts for
the twelve months ended 31 December 2002 to shareholders in due course.
