This happens frequently in the OTC because it is not run or regulated as stringently as the big boards.
Any marketmaker can play a stock in any manner of their choosing regardless of other existing orders .
From the retail side of the market where most of us live, the behaviors of the MMs can be damn near impossible to understand and frankly, they prefer it that way .

Figured they’ve had six months to get some more of the loi’s done or improve WTD cause he said it was taking longer cause the project was bigger than initially expected, so there should be a lot of reasons why we should hear something good. Can only hope! $$$

If trading is anything to go by very few takes this company serious anymore. PR support is nil but that's the way they operate, I guess.
I am sure many feel disappointed and abandoned.

bought much higher in the past - as high as .81- the recent buys under .10 helped the average
