For me I will continue to hold this, even with the longer then expected wait to profit. with the right forward momentum I still believe my average is low enough to make some serious profit even tho I am in the red atm glta 

As far as the OTC is concerned, when a company just refuses outright to inform shareholders on just simple material matters, I begin executing my exit strategy whatever it may be, win or lose .
They have a clearcut obligation to keep their investors in the loop. when the leadership adopts an attitude of "to hell with the shareholders they can wait." It is usually pretty obvious . And I don't stand for it .

As for BLFR, when Ramirez took over, BLFR effectively became a new company as far as I'm concerned.That being the case, I'm willing to give new leadership some time to get their operating rhythm in motion . If they don't get in step with us over the next few months I am gone .
I'm reasonable, patient, loyal even. Like anyone else I have my limits.

I don’t get all the Nick hate I think the only mistake he made was the Borders fiasco. I had no problem getting info from him. That being said we aren’t dealing with Nick anymore but it’s pretty ridiculous that they missed the filing deadline truth is we know nothing about Ramirez and his crew but lack of news and lack of being to file on time doesn’t make me feel like we have a CEO who is on top of things

Just my opinion, but I don't know how much influence he had on matters once Ramirez took the reins, you know?
Regardless, the information vacuum is going to kill this. Confidence is already lower than something like this should be, but there appears to be such little regard for the shareholders, the ones for whom public companies supposedly work. It is very discouraging and it actually insults investors.

You may be right, but timing is not on our side. Even if the results are good, market sentiment is not in our favor, and I guess we have to thank Trump for that. All very unfortunate that our results are coming out during turbulent market conditions.

They have 10 loi’s and $300,000,000 to get them from what I’ve read, so I think you’re right, they’re trying to get it all done and that takes time. Plus west Texas dirt was bigger than what they thought and that took more time. Just hope we’re good with results, my guess is yes

Perhaps it is no surprise, but then again, we have no knowledge of what is driving the delay .

The only reason I bring this up at all is because many may consider such a delay to be happening is for some poor reason, like lack of funds, or procrastination.

Last week I was having a discussion with the CEO of another public company whose company was in the middle of a merger. He had reported to shareholders that he fully expected to complete the merger in 90 days. After all of the required documentation had been delivered to the SEC, ten weeks passed. The SEC then required updated I formation to reflect all material changes that had occurred since the first set of docs had been sent.
He was naturally very unhappy.

Anyway, now he has had to tell shareholders the merger will not close as originally expected, but rather, late 2nd qtr. This is a bad look for the proposed merger, but neither company is at fault for the delay .

BLFR has one or more mergers in the works. Who knows the reason for needing more time for the financials. My point is just that there may be very valid...and not necessarily poor.... reasons for the delay. I'm still very bullish.

Mulit dollars will come fast here. We are looking at an average of 20 million increases in assets each month for the rest of the year. Personally, I'm holding for the long run, something I do rarely unless everything is perfect. Perfect is what we have here. A royal flush. People are too blind to see it at the moment, but soon, it will be inevitable. BLFR is going to make millionaires for the patient and bold.

Not dollars, but a dime. 10 cents. Nick didn't do anything all year except get engaged in Italy for his "consulting fees". He's smarter than he looks, that's for sure.

So your saying since he hasent sold any shares yet we should see a big increase in pps, for when he sells.   In your opinion...  niceI hear you... working out every day is definitely  something successful people don't do!!. I agree he should keep his girlfriend at home, what kind of scumbag goes one vacation, my biggest fear is if he is actually spending time with his kids, that will be the nail in our coffin.

None of these jobs/titles come with any responsibility. He's found a way to get involved with a network of people that take over worthless OTC companies, say they are doing something special, get paid well for "consulting services", get paid in stock, pump the price then sell and make good money. Rinse, repeat.
