It is. And they won't be able to get out from under at the rate they're going. In the past 9 months they've more than doubled the O/S and issued preferred shares.

Looks like both the debt and losses are increasing. That's one hell of a list of convertible debt at .0001 or 50% less than current market price.

I don't see anything, but as you pointed out, even with the increase in AS, 2.5 bil is pretty good for OTC world, especially at 2/3. At 3 it's still around 500K market cap. A good update on Better Health Sciences and who knows what could happen? Why would a 5 mil market cap be out of the question?

Nope. Nothing much happening with TMSH.

The last update was on 4/18. Maybe Strashun could give shareholders another before the next 10Q comes out in two weeks.

They don't even have any good news to share over 5 months. No new approvals, no store to carry its pet products, no development on any thing significant. Just a new website for one of its division and some efforts to hook up with veterans. Just wonder if what have they done or did anything for the last few months. It's a damn boring company which has nothing excited. They can't generate anything excited to pump up the stock price. Just a pos penny stock again like many.

Ugghhh...you all are really tempting me to add like 8 mil shares. I too think this could emerge with the share structure and the sectors they're in. We're starting to see more volume in the OTC in general.
