What the heck is going on with here with this supposed to be a shooting star stock that ran from pennies to $13?

I bought in ( sold 80%) back when Trumps first term economic advisor was elected to sit on the board of directors.

He came from a Wall Street background

Their NT 10 K for 2024 had a 2/13/25 filing deadline. They didn't meet their own schedule so we are still Expert Market and ARAT is untradable. They have strong technical skills; but, lack business skills. They need to strengthen their business team. They need to start providing business outcomes with urgency. If not, the competition will run over them and their technology treasure chest will be lost.

living on the edge can sometimes be fun but not in this case hope they make the 13th . I don't know how it works but you would think they would of had to had this done and submitted for the up list . But then again I'm not on top of how it works

Incredibly problematic...

Yesterday they filed NT 10K/A. It's an Admendment which they seem to be claiming they have 15 days instead of 5 days past the due date to file the 10K. In effect they are saying that SEC was too hasty moving ARAT to Expert Market.. We will see. Still problematic that they can't meet due dates.

In my world that is called piss poor performance. Very disappointing and at some point shareholders will seek legal action. IMO

They filed NT 10 K for 2024 stating they plan to file 2024 10 K by 2/13/25. We will be on Expert Market status until 2024 10 K is filed. Very problematic.
