I am referring to SEC employees, taking the buyout, so that they become even more understaffed. With less staff, the SEC is less equipped to investigate all of the questionable dealings. As it is, I doubt the spend much time looking at penny stock companies, since the huge fines, that give them the headlines, just aren't possible.

Are you referring to Covert?

I should have been clearer, I was referring to the ones who will take the buyout, then move into the private sector. Yes, we definitely need better people to enforce the regulations.

The SEC needs to go after people like Robert Clark, former CEO of KGKG . The SEC should confiscate all those million dollar mansions, luxury cars, overseas bank accounts, four houses in France, etc. I am not accusing RC of crimes but it sure looks that way. The government is not doing enough to protect their citizens from criminals.

China is a bully government nation. But they give you the death penalty for financiallly harming it's citizens. Fraud in China versus the USA? Maybe that is why they are getting ahead in the business world because the government doesn't play with fraudsters. IMO

Maybe its not the amount of DEI employees , but the SEC REGULATIONS with competent people enforcing some better rules.

The SEC will likely lose a bunch of employees, so this company, and others just as questionable, may live on for a while.

I am in no way advocating purchase of KGKG!

On the contrary, the number of swindling companies is likely to rise

Yes, it is a lotto ticket. I can tell you, in the last couple weeks when I was buying more stock the Schwab Representative knew about the reverse merger! Well, someone knows more than that. IMO

I SUGGEST DOING YOUR OWN DUE DILIGENCE.

It appears to be simply background noise. Like the static you used to hear when the TV station went off the air at the end of the day. Everyday 1B to 2B looking to get a T1 lotto ticket, but 300-600M looking to cash in the lotto ticket for a T2 exit. Same story for what? Last 4 months now?

i will reiterate one 'positive' over last 2 mo, and that i noted before.

the trading suggests accumulation. Given the lack of hard results over a very long time, there is very limited retail interest.

Even today on the AI meltdown there is buying. Now it is not saying much since already trading valued at an empty shell (under 1 mm cap), and so even 10mm trade is only 1-2k)

But it is a sign of life.

Well, anything is possible. Success or failure? That is the question But I want bulge one inch. Past history does is not indicative of the future. IMO

The exact same pattern happened with a little company called PULSE Beverage, quite a few years ago. The owners became persona non grata, the phones went dead, people local to the business office went to the place and took pictures of an empty parking lot and locked doors. It took the SEC at least another year to finally delist the company.

I am afraid the money is gone, but I fear they will keep milking it for as long as people keep 'investing'.

BirdsOfFire BirdsOfFire 3 days ago
I agree with you, it is a lotto ticket. But any stock you invest in is a lotto ticket. Failure or success only the future knows. I will say unlike many other OTC stocks that fail over and over again, KGKG gets back and tries again.

I remember when you were a positive happy and patient board member. My fellow board member I get beat down by the stresses of everyday life. When things don't seem to go our way, I say to stand tall, unflinching and be there to help others in our endeavors.

Be happy not angry my once positive board member. IMO

woa dude!

i said i didnt see any other brokerage listing kg as nuvibe. I did do some research on filings and found nothing but the filing of STOPPING doing biz in Florida days after the last Q.
Rather than slam me, why not share a couple that do list apart from Schwab!?

For anyone to just take this co's releases at face value after years of deciept and non performance, and destruction of value while diluting needs to reflect.

i repeat , i would be delighted to see THIS time for deal to work. I would do very well.

But do i have serious well founded reasons to be sceptical , sure! As would anyone who lost money based on their past NUMEROUS unrealized claims!

Justafax, I did a search on the broker/dealers on the Internet. I came up with 80 companies providing these services: https://www.otcmarkets.com/otc-link/broker-dealer-directory

Please look this up. Did you check all 80 dealer/brokers to see if NUVIBE, Inc. was listed in these organizations? Anyone that gullible to sell their shares not based on the facts deserves to lose out when this goes back up.

no, only that it was the only one.

i have a big stake, but understand it is a blind spec.

No one can show ANY positive result from the co based on claims going back over a year.

I hold , as i have said many many times as a lotto ticket. But to make any case based on performance, transparency, results of any kind is delusion.

Do you think Schwab is "cooking the books"? Maybe, Schwab is a criminal? If you want to sell your interest by all means it is your money and prerogative to do what you want . But, I will not bulge one inch in selling my shares. Not one inch!

I am steadfast in my mental capacity to not be "wishy-washy". If I were you, I would try relaxing exercises to put the heart at ease. IMO

i share the desire for success as i do have a significant stake.
Apart from Schwab i don't see any visible sign of the name change. If any see other places good to know.

I dont see the work you refer to apart from releases going back to spring ( and Schwab). The name change was proposed well before any discussion of any merger. And given they hadn't even selected a prospect at that point, curious that they seem to insist on that name prior to the candidate allowed input.

now closing on 2 months since last release seems should be due an update.
👍️0
BirdsOfFire BirdsOfFire 5 days ago
Justafax, I will not call just yet. But the name change is happening. IMO. If the name change was not happening, then why does Schwab now have the new name for KGKG as NUVIBE, Inc. This change is recent.

I refuse to get bothered about something I have no control over. I too have invested large sums of money into KGKG. And yes, I want a return investment from KGKG/VIBE. What I see is a management team working to get the reverse company into VIBE. IMO, the reverse merger cannot take place until the name change is complete. IMO

Yes, I believe I read that somewhere, stating that's what th co was doing.

BirdsOfFire BirdsOfFire 6 days ago
Justafax, you got two companies involved in doing a reverse merger. I'm pretty sure it ain't easy. I bet KGKG don't even have any staff to answer the phones. Remember, they are merging and the new company has staff but not KGKG,INC.

KGKG had to give Covert away without benefitting investors because KGKG wanted the reverse merger company and probably Covert wouldn't let them without getting the company back for free. Covert knew it and had KGKG "by the balls". There was an opportunity and KGKG wasn't going to let it pass. That is my take. IMO

This is my take. The new company is trying to save money. So, they and KGKG will lay off people. KGKG probably don't have any people. Right now, IMO, they are trying to figure out each others accounting, IT, HR systems. Some of these systems will be used by the new company and some will not. They are, in essence, creating a new company.

Question for you? First all, I mean no harm to you. But, have you or do you constantly contact them? If so, they probably know you. Sometimes, a company may not take you as a serious supporter if you pester them often. They may be ignoring you? Somehow, I believe they are working to iron out the kinks. Obviously, there will be issues not thought of in advanced.

IMO

i am long. Avg about .0009 , and significant.

responses -
1- yes the releases are on site. My point is no other change. Still lists products Covert and that it engages as a premium bev co abd so on, when it no longer operates as such. Lists J Strong as director when earlier release said no longer involved. And NO even tiny reflection of changed mission. No expense to update and show holders any sign of changes over last 6 mo.

2- i understand no company can divulge private info. But no one even to pick up phone? Respond one line to emails? Part of my focus is simply to assure myself that they are even there! And of course other NON private questions.

3- Issue w offloading assets was NO benefit to shareholders. Kona llc to diaper co, and handing back Covert to founders for no $?
They still show covert as asset on website?

4- Filings can be searched. i found a september filing that KG no longer does any biz in Fl, signed by B White. Filings for name changes and mergers are required to be filed publicaly if goal is to be a public co.

I am not trying to scare anyone. These are all there for any to see, or rather not see.

i invest in many co's... and all that seek to support share price and work for sharevalue WANT to engage investors , not hide.

i am also a looog time follower. Made a lot on the Kona Hemp run up. Sold almost all. Began to buy again spring 24, and watched as they did not achieve ONE objective. Avg'ed  down simply as lotto ticket... but to suggest this co has been honest, transparent, and worked for investors is impossible to support.

Justafax, most all of the complaints you listed in your post have been debunked and not true. For example: 1). You say the website does not refer to the merger and no sign of a merger. On 5 Dec2024, the company put out news that is clearly posted on their website. 2). It was mentioned earlier that the company cannot give out info not privy to all. If so, this is insider trading, a felony. 3). They also had to get rid of their subsidiaries in order to receive the new company, a requirement. 4) There has to be filings of the name change somewhere. Schwab a brokerage company now has KGKG as NUVIBE,INC. Note: OTC Markets group is a private company and they will eventually get the change too. Maybe you are not looking in the right place. 5). Are you trying to garner a mutiny? Don't know the reason? Maybe you are wanting share holders to sell their interest. Justafax, you should hope the best for us, shareholders. I have been a shareholder for a very long time, maybe 11 years now. 6) Want to tell you, I picked up another 5 million shares yesterday.

I wish you well fellow board member. And you say you are a shareholder? I am staying put and will not sell. At is point, I will go down with the ship if it comes to it. I have nothing to lose. IMO

Not one sign on website.
All assets given away
Claim of 30mm reverse merge but NO sign over 6 mo.

i have callec and emailed frequently over the same time. NO reply. No one picks up phone.

NO filings for name change.
NO filings to be transparent about merge.

i spoke to Brandon in late spring. Since then all mia.

Common sense suggests if they were sincere they would have some interest in communicating/updating w holders.

Going on 2 mo's. Blocks of 50mm selling at virtually nothing. NOT retail.

Only time will tell. There are lots of sellers that own this stock where they did not buy the stock. They were given millions of shares only because they worked for the company . Look at RC, a criminal , IMO, having millions of shares. He probably took shares in order to support his bloated salary IMO

PS I am looking at the big picture instead of looking at making a couple hundred dollars as a shorter.

interesting.

Any sign of life is welcome. The trading has been odd with blocks back and forth.

I would welcome success and even more a transparent mgt.

At a cap now of bet 600k and a mil... any real life, following to previous releases would send shares much higher. Assuming not more RC or other future pending blather.

i am in Fidelity, no name change yet. On Otc markets site no change or report of any filings.

agree, but that didnt stop them the last several consecutive months.

Maybe no one left, all abandoned ship lol

However bulk sales also dried up with + net buys over last couple of weeks,  admittedly not huge $.

They put out releases every 30 days or so, overdue ( again unless dead).

If anything coming would expect lots of insider front running... so still barely a pulse.

but the name alone is worth money and the recipe for a popular energy drink should also be worth money. Bemax stated a dividend to kona gold shareholders. I've been holding since Jan 24, drink season 2025 will be here before you know it.

The only thing the name change is getting close to is a year since they announced it!
