This RC guy sounds like a real shyster. He appears to have bled KGKG for all it was worth? Now he will just let it die on the vine as he distances himself to reduce his liability? Looks like he already has many other scam irons in the fire?

RC is probably enjoying yet another extravagant brunch at his private table at his restaurant, recollecting how his bilking of KGKG bagholders paid for same. Let them eat cake, he is probably saying. Probably laughing under his breath.

Sounds like they are just paying someone to field calls, in order to keep the appearance of an operating company.

and follow up note- I called and spoke to a receptionist who answered the Nuvibe extension and said she had never heard of Kona Gold. No mgt in office. 

An info tidbit-'Nuvibe' has an extension at an address 751 North Drive, 877-814-4188 along with 4 other co's /Royal Ent /51Labs/ Distinguished/ and a consulting co RMC or B.
This is an office that appears to be managed by... Robert Clark, the owner of the mgt co, as well as involved w some of the other co's

There should be a law as to how much a CEO can take for a salary. Robert Clark was getting paid almost as the President of the United States of America or members of Congress, or the supreme justices for doing nothing except writing false Press Releases. Robert Clark was running a scam.

$350K/YR salary for just dumping shares and running a company into the ground is good if you can get it!!

What is the first thing one should do when a dumpster fire occurs? The initial reaction might be to "put it out," but the only things there burning are IN the dumpster to start with. I think the first reaction should be to protect anything valuable that could be damaged by the fire. Don’t let it spread beyond burning what you don’t care about.
Second reaction might be to toss in other items that hadn’t made it to the dumpster yet.
After the first two, then I’d look to put out the fire—or let it burn out on its own—and try to determine the cause. ~Joeyself
