Why would Alonzo want to publish this stuff, he only wants "Good News" . The company is incapable of telling the truth, its dead, worst performing stock on the OTC market in the last 10 years, it goes on and on, yet AP still manages to find people to buy stock so he can sell the 50% discounted notes into the market. I sure wish the SEC would step in and shut this scam down.

Alonzo Pierce failed to mention many of the issues in this lawsuit in the disclosure statements. At least he mentioned the lawsuit in subsequent events.

On October 3, 2024, RB Capital partners terminated the arbitration proceedings discussed in Note 9 and has filed a complaint against the Company in the California South District Court.
