What paper he is submitting? How do you know?

Do you know what is required for a name change? It is a huge process that involves months of back and forth with FINRA and they are notoriously slow. You'll likely see a r/m announced long before any name change happens.

A lot of us are still here. Just nothing to post about until we hear something from Scott. He is still submitting the requisite paperwork, so anything is really possible at this point.

Stayed & staying, as believe if Scott really was going to use this shell at one point for bitcoin mining then...he must be into crypto and he must realize (with this share structure) what a "real crypto" merger could/would do to our share price...

But, why not list this company as "a shell" in filings? Odd...

Cannot be really using for his small real estate empire, could he?  If so, why keep original canabis name? (wouldn't he change it)

Why keep paying big $ to keep SEC reporting?

Why the recent adding of shares? (are they needed for an upcoming merger?)

This stock is a "head scratcher" supreme...

Can a new crypto merger be in the works and is just taking this long?....

I don't know but hopeful we find out soon...

And hopeful that a fellow like Scott shocks the OTC with a multi dollar per share crypto merger...(with our structure wouldn't be much of a market cap)
