EOC), announced today that its 2011 Annual Report on Form 20-F has
been filed with the United States Securities and Exchange
Commission on April 4th, 2012.
Endesa Chile is an electric utility company engaged in the
generation and sale of electricity in Chile, Argentina, Colombia and Peru. We have 13,845 MW of installed capacity
with 182 generating units in the four countries where we operate.
Our consolidated assets and operating revenues were Ch$ 6,562
billion and Ch$ 2,387 billion respectively, in 2011.
