You can always look a week before a new financial filing to see what the financial is going to show as the insiders illegally trade their shares. Just like if you see an unusual run-up or selloff between filings, you can bet a PR is coming out soon. In addition to being thieves (the have stolen $5M in shareholders equity), they are generally just scumbags. This company could have been something but for their greed.

The best thing that’s happened for this company in the last few years was the mistaken identity, which caused interest.

Ben and Roger have to feel like complete flounders as they continue to piss in the wind and waste endless opportunity to bring attention to the stock. That would mainly be done by executing and communicating, which they are beyond horrible at.

There’s so much simplicity in reaching investors with the opportunity to grow the business in so many ways. With free social media everywhere, there’s no reason the stock has no momentum other than they are horrible leaders and management material. They need to be replaced!
