I have a feeling that GVSI is going to have a great year moving into 2025...the shareprice has been trading with low volume, for now but seems very strong. Obviously the brokers like GTSM and Citadel etc haven't jumped in yet...thank goodness for that, but they want volume....so a few good NR's from the Man and we just know that we are Golden....well most of us, that is...so good luck to all the retail traders and Longs here and the short people can KMA

nothing going on here - totally boring, it's time for GS to make this stock the next NUKK or something like that, the next $NVNI, which has started to rise steeply since Friday and we've waited long enough and have been beaten up badly in the last few years. Several fills happened this afternoon at .0036, but it does not seem to want to trade much lower.

Tax loss selling is over! Evidenced by very very low volume trading now, even at these 75% higher than a month ago levels that we are trading at. Seems that anyone wanting out is gone, and everyone else holding these billions of shares is very content to sit tight and see what George brings to the table in 2025!

"Fundamentals?" What "fundamentals?" Pumpers like you NEVER post documentation or "fundamentals."

Here are some real documentation and fundamentals.

Sharp said he would submit GVSI's Form 10 three years this December. He never did. He had to withdraw it.

He would petition the court to either assign designation or cancel the problematic preferred shares years ago. He never did.

We would get current years ago through the SEC. The application failed.

See a pattern?

Sharp can't seem to get GVSI SEC current and non-delinquent with the SEC to be ready for a merger no matter what he tries.

Let's also review a few uncomfortable CURRENT facts about GVSI:

• FINRA is "concerned" (I'm sure it's more than concerned) about the six years of missing audited financials and previous management's "acts."
• SEC/FINRA approval of name/ticker change that failed miserably, indicating that something went terribly wrong with the SEC/FINRA.
• SEC restriction on corporate actions such as a name/ticker name change and a reverse merger.
• 5 years of SEC/FINRA audited financials delinquent (from 2008 - 2013) *before* filing its Form 15.
• Non SEC registered.
• Non SEC reporting.
• Non audited financials.
• Sharp himself stating he can't get GVSI audited.
• Problematic preferred share designation that Sharp never corrected in court.
• In continued violation of FINRA Rule 6490.
• FINRA Notice of Deficiency.
• SEC Rule15c2-11 warning.
• Price that has plummeted.
• Accumulation that has plummeted.
• Bloated share structure of 7 billion AS and 2.1 billion OS.
• No reverse merger anticipated and not even a candidate search has begun according to GVSI financials.
• A supposed recent "merger" failure (that wasn't really a merger since proper paper work was never filed with the SEC) that catastrophically failed.
• Sharp dumped his 20 million GVSI common shares right before the failed "merger" and then lied by saying he was never issued his common shares.
• A CEO who has repetitively lied to and gaslighted investors, hiding important information from and stringing investors along (with fraudulent pumps) while he enriches himself (and insiders), is abrasive and uncaring about shareholders, often blaming them for his mistakes and occupied with other priorities like racing his ponies and attacking other stocks.

What a glowing review from Sharp...full of regret...and in retrospect he would never had done it. Seems like even Sharp thinks GVSI is a disaster.

Sharp already said he can't produce what FINRA/SEC is specifically asking for in its Notice of Deficiency - AUDITED financials from 2008 - 2013 to conform with FINRA Rule 6490 which GVSI has and is continuing to violate. And Sharp already said he ABANDONED getting GVSI audited which means he won't be able to get GVSI SEC registered and reporting for a reverse merger.

What Sharp says he plans to do in 2025 about another merger attempt and filing GVSI's Form 10 should be believed about as much as Sharp's tweets saying he would get GVSI SEC registered and reporting three years ago, that he would refile GVSI's SEC Form 10 registration statement three Decembers ago and never did, saying that WNFT had reached the "promised land" and would have a "business plan over the next several weeks which will include an acquisition(s)" that never materialized in September two years ago when Sharp said it would happen and saying he would not reverse split GRDO then did just that.

Mind you that Sharp again said in the above tweet that he would NEVER reverse split any stock he's involved with AFTER he did just that for GRDO - is that being honest?

GVSI continues to slowly bleed out while people who listen to the pumpers will continue to buy and keep getting deeper and deeper in the hole with their investment because of dilusional and nefarious pumpers keep telling them that GVSI is "going to dollars" and that "a merger is coming," all the while the SEC/FINRA is MIA with it's corporate actions approvals. Sharp kept pumping the name, ticker symbol change and merger for months - so what happened? NOTHING! Again it was all BULLSHIT with no corporate actions approval name change and the "merger" failed miserably and then he blamed shareholders.

Yes looking good and sometimes with tax loss selling putting money into new hands can actually increase the volume in some stocks like GVSI giving us a little bump in the right direction and the fact is the stock is doing quite well, frustrating at times but going in the right direction....and we all (or at least most) know that this is going to be big....there has never been anything like it, this great stock of ours. Never been anything like it, and perhaps there will never be anything like it again. It's also fully Alternative Reporting compliant just like LICT and MACH. Some companies choose to report to OTC Markets.

It seems to me that the CEO is doing a good job waiting it out until it's a perfect storm to offer folks shopping for a good shell with good share structure in a flourishing market where Crypto has come alive again going into a new OTC market similar to a Venture market picking up some of the castaways from NasDaq who can no longer live up to the terms.
We're going to be part of a new OTC division with lots to offer clients and traders...it's a win/win/win and some are goung to be left behind because that's where they're tuned...to the past

With the new OTCID coming in mid 2025 I'm sure Pink Current companies like GVSI (American Blockchain) are already gearing up for something better once the OTCM release more clarification..

But GVSI along with all of the Sharp shells are Unsolicited Quotes Only and will always be until they file a Form 211.

Without FINRA processing a 211 the shell is worthless. No real private company will touch a Sharp shell because it is a Unsolicited Quotes Only stock. Maybe Sharp will get Ligand to do a reverse merger with GVSI.

Sharp can't get FINRA to process a Form 10.

Sharp withdrew the last Form 10 on 11/23/2021 - that is 3 years ago. So Sharp obviously knows very little about how the OTC market works because he hasn't accomplished anything of value on the 3 hijacked shells.

What is the latest excuse for not filing a Form 10 in 3 years.

Just a reminder that George Sharp is the CEO and he knows more than just a little about how OTC Pink stocks work. Second guessing every step of the way may serve a purpose for some but shareholders appreciate who our CEO is.

No one is claiming they can't see quotes. But are citing the fact all quotes are unsolicited.
Try reading and understanding the concept. Which begs the question as to why Sharp has never filed to removed the warming and have his stock quoted competitively..
