Just another scam imho . Otc is in very bad shape and anything with shade is not getting love . The days of pumping trash is done. Ppl have left or widened up. Extensive dd is mandatory

The sharp-eyed will notice that the AS was not adjusted down along with the OS a couple days ago. Frank can whip those shares up again any time he wants.
