I've followed his antics for over 15 years...mostly involving scam master Eddie Vakser (i.e. ARTS, TSRR, KLXC, PBHG, TDEY, PRPM, SUTI, AURI, BDGR, UITA (the latter hijacked by Mark A. Miller et al which mysteriously landed in Eddie's stable). All but AURI --which rots at .0001-- are either revoked, delisted or stuck in expert market purgatory.

Leinwand represented Eddie's first ticker ARTS. Eaten up with toxic notes they pulled a 1-for-50 reverse split and followed that one a year later with another 1-for-24,000 (24 THOUSAND) R/S. Leinwand represented ARTS before the SEC when they were busted for lying about their books being audited. Eddie told them he had engaged an auditor and provided the name. A couple months later the SEC checked and discovered he had lied about that so they revoked it. And even after all the reverse splits the O/S was around 60 billion.

Leinwand reverse merged with Eddie's burned out, .0001 OTC "STOP" ticker fka TDEY. Once completed and renamed JMDP, Leinwand pulled an epic 1-for-50,000 R/S in 2019 which wiped out all old bagholders. On 9/2/20 Leinwand offloaded the ticker to another company that goes by SLDX.

Leinwand also was purported to invest up to $5 million in various Vakser tickers via his "Mastiff (Group) LLC" (toxic financing)

MONI is about trade thinner than we've ever seen it. With ASCM gone and OTCM/Alpine with their rage selling cert holders mostly out of shares, there will be nothing at all standing in our way. I think we're there now. MONI moves up 20% on a million shares. Soon, as we get closer to MONI's first product release that is currently being forged by the great Duane Forrester, fewer will be willing to sell and more willing to buy. This is the best I've felt about MONI in the 4 years I've been in it. You better get what you can now because anything under .02 is about to disappear.
