It is interesting to find out that both PDMI and its Same-sector OTC-Fully-Reporting Current-Information-tier Pink-Sheet peer have almost Identical OS counts: 3,248,785,287 shares v.s. 3,287,750,000 shares though the peer only has 4B shares Low AS v.s. PDMI has 20B shares Huge AS! The OS difference between the two peers is only 38,964,713 shares anyway.

If a CLEAN-Shell acquirer (such as David Lazar) could Up-List or Upgrade PDMI back to the Popular Pink-Sheet market from current Toxic Expert-Market then PDMI might surge to 0.0050 as well just like its peer did recently because buying that peer at 0.0050 = buying PDMI at 0.00506 based on the Same Market Value Matching Theory between them!

Note, PDMI only had the recent high 0.0017! And that peer is currently Much-Much-Much-Cheaper than the Majority of 0.0001-Bottom OTC-Fully-Reporting Current-Information-tier Pink-Sheet stocks! Easy to surge back to its recent high 0.0050 again!
