MK hasn't even bothered to ask FDA to green light USA human trials, and you're calling FDA personnel "crooks"? He continues to waste years arguing with FDA in countless meetings about what they long ago told him they need to consider Radiogel for human trials, but lack of progress is FDA's fault? Makes no sense whatsoever.

Y90 half life is 64h. It's just a fact, not a "whopper of a lie". Good luck attempting administration of controlled and sufficient Y90 dose without have manufacturing reasonably close by to supply the trial.

I think the Dr is showing an incredible amount of respect and patience towards these crooks. Good for him, I may not have the same level of patience towards criminals taking inside payments to keep a successful treatment I’ve devoted my life to suppressed. Padding the pockets of the corrupt has become the way of the world. Revolution incoming starting January 2025.

Skipping steps as usual. Y90 products have no shelf life. Need manufacturing reasonably close to the human trials. RDGL has much to do before human trials anywhere. Just citing the facts. Is what it is.

Fact is that the sprint meetings are complete. Any additional meetings will only strengthen the IDE application and greatly increase the odds of an IDE approval. Human trials are set to begin in South East Asia. The IDE will be submitted and approved before those trials begin imo. Anyone saying otherwise, Occam's Razor says are most likely a disgruntled ex employee of the company.
The share price will take care of itself. Let's not forget that the science works. We're about to find out if RadioGel will be as successful in treating cancer in humans as IsoPet is in animals. There's no reason to believe that it won't.
Slow and steady wins the race.
The finish line is near.

Gotta keep it real. Due to extremely short shelf life of Y90, MK first has to set up manufacturing there before even contemplating human trials, and RDGL is short on cash at moment, hence the offering. As far as FDA, can't blame them for MK's failures to date. He hasn't even bothered to ask FDA for USA human trials yet. Withdrawn applications don't count.

Good for Asia, they can reap the benefits of ground breaking treatment of inoperable tumors.

In the US, we would prefer to keep the money flow padding pockets of criminals over approving treatments that help people.

Hopeful this administration makes some changes to the corruption that infiltrates every sector.

What false narratives? I'm just citing the facts per MK's own downdate released yesterday. Per that downdate:

There will be more meetings with FDA of unknown number or duration on various unresolved issues of an unstated nature before IDE submission.
No timetable for these meetings is revealed.
No new timetable is revealed for the now over 3 years late IDE submission (3 years and 2 months late vs. the prior Sept. 21, 2021 submission date MK lied about).

Only shameless RDGL promoters would call yesterday's downdate good news.

MK has been saying or implying that IDE is in a great spot for most of the last 10 years. He provided no additional information in yesterday's downdate. Always soon for RDGL, always soon. A decade goes by with no progress, but it's always soon for RDGL.

Again,, why would a European company seek USA trials for a product with such short shelf life? Only makes sense to do such clinical trials close to the manufacturing site. RDGL, on the other hand, now has sell another offering to set up Southeast Asian manufacturing before clinical trials can even be contemplated there.

Only the applicant (RDGL) seeking human trials has standing to summit the required supporting data and IDE application to FDA. Reecca Krimins at JHU vet school has no standing to do so. Moreover, neither her opinion or MK's opinion on her rabbit results have any relevance to getting Radiogel to human trials. The only opinions that matter here are those of the FDA reviewers.

I noticed them too. 1000 state buys at the ask every few minutes. Sure beats the 1000 share sells at the bid we had a while back. Maybe MM's signaling a reversal .

Positive update this morning. A strong IDE application will be submitted and we'll have human trials starting in south east Asia real SOON . This share price level won't remain long imo . Looking forward to a real good November update..

Here is a sill analogy/comparison

When you are at a restaurant and food is taking longer and longer, it is frustrating, especially when nobody gives you any information, but if the server comes and says, sorry about the wait, kitchen is backed up but we will bring it asap, even though it's late, you can be OK with it, because of the information you have.

This kind of felt like that today. I know it's silly comparison.

Sounds like the IDE application is solid, but they want to go above and beyond so it will take a little extra time, but they did use the word “timely”. Just like I have been saying all along, they did not abandon the IDE in lieu of overseas trials, it is full steam ahead.
