Decentral Life Inc (PK) (WDLF) News

As far as i know and some knowledge from history lesson classes, quiet period is required by SEC for sec reporting companies. WDLF is otc alt reporting company and i cannot find any clause of quite period on otcm official website.

If anyone missed, check out KT comment on shareholder portal. Also check L*.45 comment....

usually a 1 share trade is a market maker that wants to support the SP , he is saying pay up if you want the shares

I tried to pick up 2 m o the ask and they only filled 300k. 

out of 19mil traded only 2 are sales,but price is down,this only happens for reason.whatever reason it might be,company related or mm.
