True. It's just good to see anything at this point. Seeing revenue, expenses, etc. I'm willing to be patient for him to get this thing together. I'm not up with all of the shadow math, dilution, etc. and what that means short term. I do know that he needs to mitigate losses, manage acquired debt and keep generating new customers for more revenue to be able to acquire new MSPs to increase his economy of scale to make everything happen. Only time will tell. Ticker change finally happening will be good for optics and shareholders but is only part of the puzzle.

Pages 2 & 3 are quite ugly, in as far as what they mean to the PPS.
He should not even mention any kind of uplisting for a long time.

Agreed. Day late and a dollar short doesn't make for a very successful company.
I wonder how they're keeping all of this from their clients. If I was depending on ReachOut for my IT, I'd hire a new company. IT is in the details and so is filing all reporting requirements on time. Show of hands that think his tax returns are filed on time. 🤪

Never say never, but that would be a loooong way down the road.
He needs to master the OTC, before he can even think about the NASDAQ. And as of today, I can see that he is doing a poor job of getting the most for his money.
He took what was the 0016 level and today we saw 1/2 that. And I'm expecting lower.

Yep, we're up a good 160 million or so since January. And every day at some point during the day, our market maker ALPS shows up to try to convert some more. Rick owed a lot of money and people are looking to get paid. If the price was higher, they can convert at a higher price and our share structure wouldn't be as damaged. But Rick doesn't want to give any updates or news so this is what happens.

I think part of the selling can also be contributed to the fact that I believe in two weeks some of these loans are able to be converted. I'll have to go back and double check the exact date, but I knew it was at the end of May is whenconversions can begin. The dilution might just be beginning compared to what's coming!!!

If the ticker changes on schedule and he keeps current with the required reporting to keep it active while he continues to figure out how to grow Reachout, that will go a long way because like you said, the company is generating revenue unlike hundreds of fly by night OTC tickers out there. I want to see how he manages the acquired debt and can continue to generate revenue with his current MSPs and as he looks to grow his business through economies of scale.

I'm thinking that he has tripped and fallen enough getting this ticker Race-Ready to learn some very hard/valuable lessons. The expert market did not do him or shareholders any favors that's for sure...But getting it off of said expert market shows a lot of resilience and determination -ie- an ever evolving aptitude navigating this OTC landscape.

I believe he got his fetching up and I think he will keep good timely "Steady Eddie" rhythm from here on out
....The only "Steady Eddie Rhythm" I'm seeing, is ALPS continuously crashing into the bid to sell shares ....WTF??

Good grief Rick, let it breath -ie- run that shit on news or something, then dive-bomb in to it if you have to.

... The blessing and curses of not being a typical/veteran OTC CEO.... The $$$ numbers and the share structure here are GREAT - Far better than most. Rick has real things going here, not to mention some pretty big players in his corner ( Kevin Harrington and the likes)

This is why frequent honest communication to the shareholders is so vital. It would do him a world of good in the eyes of the shareholders to keep filings timely and get the ticker changed pronto.

I'm thinking that he has tripped and fallen enough getting this ticker Race-Ready to learn some very hard/valuable lessons.
