Good post! I also don’t understand why KH would have anything to do with Rick Jordan. I am fully convinced at this point that reach out technology doesn’t offer a single thing that every other IT company can offer better. Rick is an attention whore that loves being in the limelight. He sure seems like a shitty person though and lacks business ethics.

I completely agree with everyone here. It's been a very long drawn out ordeal and I'm over it. My business advise to him is get your ass off X and roll up those sleeves and rebuild your company on merit and legit transactions.
What I don't get is why Kevin Harrington is still hanging around or even started hanging around. I thought he had more legitimacy and ethics to him. I don't get why KH is in so deep without knowing these things before associating his name to it. Lots of unanswered questions, IMO.
I feel KH needs to show some ethics and tell us what's going on or demand that RJ does.

This isn't an "I told you so post", but I didn't forget the backlash when I pointed out the debt and issues in the filings over a year ago. Too bad for anyone who invested in this train wreck.

I was so wrong about Rick Jordan when I bought into this company. What a major disappointment he had turned out to be. However reading through the quarterly reports it all make sense now!

I am in deep here as well but I’ve accepted the fact that Rick Jordan is a piece of shit con artist who is so deep in debt that his last resort is to take his company public through the OTC. The guy is so useless that he can’t even file a quarterly on time and when he eventually does we find out that his company is millions in debt.
Meanwhile he takes the time every day to post on X a heartwarming post about how he is so much better than everyone else and how we should be better.

I'm really hoping this goes somewhere good. I can hold out but would like to start selling in a two years or so. I just don't want to see a reverse split where I own a few shares at some ridiculous price per share.

Hopefully the board learned quickly that RJ needs a bit more supervision than thought.

According to RJ's last update a few weeks ago as we are coming of EM, the paperwork had been submitted for the ticker change. It could happen any time within that 60 day window. I just want to keep seeing financial reporting coming in and being compliant :)

No. It may take a day to apply but 1-3 months to happen through Finras approval process. 30-45 days usually

Agreed! A solid balance sheet needs to be a focus. RJ seems to get over zealous with his plans and has tunnel vision. He can't yet see the big picture. It's all about the margins, RJ. Solid financials shows leadership and good decision making. Only reason I bought this stock was because of Kevin H guiding RJ.

Yep. If he can demonstrate he's following through the master plan (ticker change next), then confidence will definitely go up. If he can quietly maintain Reachout and most recent acquisitions and start generating a solid balance sheet, and give quarterly updates, etc. that would really set this up well. I faintly recall that after the ticker change that the next step was to move off the OTC but I think that would take a couple of years at minimum since there are other criteria he would have to meet. Again time will tell but in the next 60-90 days if the ticker change were to happen, that would help everyone's confidence in this thing.

I'm not buying anymore. I'd like to get my money back then let the rest sit. If he can keep it together, I think it will be good after a few plus years. Ticker change is crucial.

If he stays the course with not going crazy with the share selling, I don't think it will go to trips.
I'm keeping mine in the 20's. (But not loading the boat.)

I had to lookup this service that he used was. Looks to me like they are new, or newish, to the game and are trying to attract business with discount rates.
It will be interesting to see if their reach is strong. I am wondering why he didn't post the PR to his OTC page?

While using AI is good for some things, it’s still humans driving things, more notably the ability to create and compromise. If you can figure out how to use it as a tool with humans still at the helm, that will determine success. Despite the debt from the acquisitions, it’s good to see a plan for 2025, including the ticket change which was in his plan. Time will tell and I’ll continue to be on board for the longer haul. I honestly don’t know a whole lot about blockchain, etc. That’s a new strategy he hasn’t mentioned before.

Now that he's current, I think he should address the shareholders. We need a new vision. The one we have, is tainted.

Rick Jordan has promised us a shareholder update and news release tomorrow(Friday February 13th).
I would assume that if he fails to do so he will get himself into more legal situations than he is currently involved in.

Agreed. There is a MASSIVE market for small to mid size companies that need affordable IT/Security support. I am one of them and the regulations for security/ID theft/etc. keeps getting more complex each year. If you're in business, there's no way around it. I just hope he can figure it out, take reporting deadlines SERIOUSLY and not run this company into the ground. Just because it's a great market, doesn't mean he'll automatically be successful.

He is running a legitimate business and he's been trying to acquire smaller MSPs for economies of scale. I still think there's a market for such IT/Security support for small to mid-size companies which is his space where he's trying to get the market share. I think the complexities of the reverse merger, acquiring and managing the debt of these other acquisitions, and other items we've discussed over the last year is what keeps folks guessing. I'm just happy this thing is off of EM and they did everything to bring it current. There is still an over arching strategy he described a year and a half ago and I knew this would take some time (a few years or more) to play out. I've bought so low and have a large position that any movement up past 0.01 is going to make me $$. I'm hoping good things will come to those of us that patiently wait.
