No idea. But one SEC reporting Bio-tech stock, that is heading to Nasdaq and Billion dollar market cap... soon, just refiled 2022 and 2023 filings after the new auditor found errors made by the Borger's Auditor the SEC Executed last May, that screwed up and delayed the CNNA filings.
