Apax Global Alpha Limited ("AGA"),
the closed-ended investment company providing access to the Apax
Private Equity Funds, is pleased to
announce the appointment of Investec Bank plc as joint corporate
broker alongside Jefferies International Limited, its existing
corporate broker, with effect from 7 February 2025.
