Directorate Change
The Board of ATG is pleased to announce the
appointment of Sejal Amin as an independent non-executive director
of the Company with effect from 3 February 2025. Following her
appointment, Sejal will join both the Nomination and Remuneration
Committees.
Sejal is currently the Chief Technology Officer
of Priceline, a part of NASDAQ listed Booking Holdings Inc. Sejal
was previously Chief Technology Officer at Shutterstock and Chief
Technology Officer within Thomson Reuters Group businesses from
1999 to 2021. Until recently, she also served as independent
director on the board of Pariveda, a management consulting firm
specialising in providing strategic consulting services and custom
application development solutions.
Commenting on the
appointment, Scott Forbes, ATG Chair, said: "We are delighted to welcome Sejal to the
Board. Sejal has extensive experience running large global
technology organisations and the technology side of marketplace
businesses. The ATG Board looks forward to working with Sejal as we
develop our platform in pursuit of our ambitious
strategy."
Andrew Miller will
continue to serve as a member of the Audit and Nomination
Committees and will step down as a member of the Remuneration
Committee upon Sejal Amin's appointment.
This announcement is
made pursuant to UK Listing Rule 6.4.6R. No disclosures are
necessary under UK Listing Rule 6.4.8R in relation to Sejal's
appointment.
