LONDON--Air Partner PLC (AIR.LN) said Wednesday its aviation safety consultancy division, Baines Simmons, has been awarded a contract to provide integrated operational support consultancy services to BAE Systems PLC (BA.LN), with a specific focus on Typhoon aircraft.

The global aviation services group didn't disclose any financial details of the contract, which became effective on Sept. 5.

Shares at 0745 GMT unchanged at 450.88 pence.
