Receipt of initial $1.65 deposit from Shandong Ruyi

Bagir (AIM: BAGR), a designer, creator and provider of innovative tailoring, is pleased to confirm that it has now received the $1.65m initial deposit payment from Shandong Ruyi Group.

Bagir is currently in the process of preparing the necessary shareholder circular and notice of EGM in order to approve the full investment by Shandong Ruyi Group. Further announcements will be made as appropriate.
