CEC announces that that they have today received notification of an exercise of
1,840,000 options at 5p each. Application will be made for the 1,840,000
ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Dealings in these shares are
expected to commence on 18 March 2005.

The shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in
issue.
