On 23rd July 1999, the Company received notification that Phillips & Drew Fund
Management Limited and Phillips & Drew Life Limited, both subsidiaries of
Phillips & Drew Holding Limited, have an interest in 17,482,533 ordinary 10p
shares of the Company.  This represents 17.79% of the issued share capital of
the Company.
